ATA Technologies has an immediate opening for a full time Help Desk System Specialist to join our team!

ATA Technologies aggressively serve clients both remotely and at their locations using state-of-the-art Remote Management and Professional Services Automation software to control, prevent, react to, and track issues experienced by them. Job Description

Act as a point of contact to customers for information technology related problems. Assist our customers with support, incident management, and client communications for IT systems faults and service requests.


  • Provide first line support for any information technology issues and problems.
  • Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
  • Manage and maintain customer backups, offsite and appliances
  • Track issues to resolution
  • Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details
  • Track user account creation, changes and deletions
  • Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones and applications
  • Maintain user accounts including rights, permissions and systems groups
  • Manage critical incidents
  • Escalate problems as required to Tier 3 support teams
  • Determine incident scope and impact quickly and accurately
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams
  • Cover help desk calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Travel to communities and other locations on an as-needed basis
